I Have a Bias for Action

If you want me as a cofounder, we start by working. I have the build. You bring conviction on the idea — and money that proves it.

Founders & Company Building

The Default

Pitch me as a cofounder. Equity first. We will figure out the work later.

A Different Perspective

Start as fractional CTO. I put sweat into the product. You put money where your mouth is. Titles wait.

Why It Matters

A pitch does not test togetherness. Work does — and it moves faster.

Bias for action

I have a bias for action.

I have the build.

You bring conviction.

Sweat and money, not a pitch.

Titles later.

I get asked to cofound. The build side is not the gap. Product, tech, the digital loop — that work I already do. What I need is a founder with conviction on an idea, who will go to customers.

Diagram · Sweat and money

I put sweat

I ship the product and the digital loop. Execution gets used — hard.

You put money

You fund the seat and go to customers. Conviction has a receipt.

Both of us are showing up. That is how togetherness gets tested.

The fastest way we have found to test that is to start. I come in as fractional CTO. I put sweat into the product. You put money where your mouth is. Both of us are showing up. Both of us are exploring whether this togetherness is real. A pitch does not do that. Work does.

While we build, a lot of my execution gets used — hard. We will also talk a lot: the idea, the customer, the next ship. Sweat on one side, money on the other, conversations in the middle. Titles can wait.

Start

A short conversation. Then we begin. I sit as fractional CTO. No long discovery. No deck theatre.

Build and sell

I build. You take it to the market. Sweat on one side, money on the other, conversations in the middle.

Convert or stop

If it works out between us, we can consider cofounding later. If it does not, we stop. Titles wait until the work has something to say.

A few months of real work beats a year of maybe.

Sweat on one side. Money on the other. That is the test. Titles can wait.

If that is how you want to begin, start here: Fractional CTO. Let’s start.
